摘要
Abstract
This paper describes the design and test of a high power millimeter wave traveling wave tube with wide bandwidth.The test results show that the output power is over 150 W from 26.5 to 40 GHz,the gain is 36 dB and the electron efficiency is over 30 ％.Batch TWTs meet phase consistency index.关键词
