摘要

Abstract

The mechanical properties of 30 % glass fibre reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK 450GL30) were studied by means of uniaxial tensile experiments.Experimental data indicate the tensile strength at 180 ℃ is 58 MPa.The finite element software ABAQUS was applied to design the PEEK 450GL30 pressure vessel.The developed vessel can endure a pressure above 2 MPa at 180 ℃.Zeolite beta was synthesised by microwave assisted heating method in these vessels.The crystallinity of the zeolite beta is higher than 65 %,showing the high reliability vessels can meet experimental requirements.
