Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing intervention on prevention of postoperative complications of colonoscopic polypectomy for colonic polyps.Methods Totally 216 patients with colon polyps were assigned to the control group (n=108) and the intervention group (n=108) according to the admission sequence.All patients received colonoscopic polypectomy for colonic polyps and routine nursing care.Nursing interventions on mental status and behavior were carried out in the intervention group.The postoperative complications were observed and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of intestinal hemorrhage was lower in the intervention group than that of controls (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions on mental status and behavior are potential effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications of colonoscopic polypectomy for colonic polyps.关键词
