Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients receiving orthopedic surgery.Methods Totally 80 cases of orthopedic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention additionally.The pain degree at 8 h, 1 d and 2 d after surgery was evaluated by numerical rating scale (NRS), and overall satisfaction rate of nursing was compared between two groups.Results The NRS score in the intervention group was lower than that of controls at 8 h, 1d and 2d after surgery respectively (P<0.01).The overall satisfaction rate was higher than that of controls, with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve satisfaction of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.关键词
