摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of wet compress with gentamicin in nursing care of patients with varicella.Methods A total of 60 patients with varicella were assigned to the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group.Both two groups were administrated with antibiotics and acyclovir.The calamine and iodophor solution was used in the control group, and the iodophor solution combined with wet compress with gentamic was carried out in the study group.The nursing efficacy was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results At 24, 48 and 72 hours after medication, more patients in the study group were observed with chicken pox to scab compared with that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).The efficacy in relieving pruritus was higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wet compress with gentamicin is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of patients with varicella.关键词
