晋产两种远志花部结构比较
Comparative Study on Flower Structure of Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the germplasm resources distribution of Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica from Shanxi Province,in order to provide the comparative investigation on the flower structure of these two species which were taken from the seven different habitats of Shanxi Province.Methods:Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica were collected to observe the structure and the process of flower blooming by the methods of field investigation and morphological anatomical observation.Results:(1) The structure of Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica flowers could be divided into six types by the way of stamens connation.It was showed that there were respectively A,B,C,D and E,in total five types of filaments fusion existed in Polygala tenuifolia.The type F was unique to the six types of filaments fusion of Polygala sibirica.(2)Type D and A were major types of Polygala tenuifolia,supported by the sorting of aggregate proportion collected from various fields which were D ＞ A ＞ E ＞ C ＞ B.Type D and F were major types of Polygala sibirica,supported by the sorting of aggregate proportion collected from various fields which were D ＞ F ＞ E ＞ A =B ＞ C.It could be drawn that type D,F and A might be the plesiomorphic type,and B,C and E might be the derived type from the aggregate proportion of each filaments fusion type.Conclusion:The results indicate that Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica examined are abundant in genetic diversity,which is affected by the inheritance patterns and ecological habitats.关键词
