喜热灵芝子实体化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Fruiting Bodies of Ganoderma calidophilum
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma Calidophilum.Methods:Chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the compounds.The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods such as NMR.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-yl palmitate (1),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(2),ganodermadiol(3),6,9-epidioxyergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(4),ganodermanondiol(5),succinic acid(6),ganoderiol F (7),lucidadiol (8),ganodermanontriol (9),ganoderiol A (10),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-2β,3 α,9α-triol (11),hemisceramide (12).Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,4 ～ 7,9 ～ 12 are obtained from Ganoderma calidophilum for the first time.关键词
