引药米酒对瓜蒌薤白体外抗氧化活性及体内药效学影响的研究
Study the Effect of Rice Wine as Cites Drug on Oxidation Resistance in vitro and Pharmacodynamics in vivo of Gualou-Xiebai
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of rice wine as cites drug on oxidation resistance of Gualou-Xiebai in vitro and pharmacodynamics of ISO induced acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Methods:The rice wine solution and aqueous solution of Gualou-Xiebai water extract were prepared,and the oxidation resistances were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was made by ISO.Rats were randomly divided into nine groups,with eight rats in each group,the normal control group and the model groups were given normal saline respectively,Gualou-Xiebai rice wine solution group and aqueous solution were administered by high dose (5 g/kg),middle dose (10 g/kg)and low dose (20 g/kg) correlation drug,the dosage of Compound Danshen Dripping pill group was 0.085 g/kg,the drugs were given once a day for seven successive days,after the last administration,in addition to the normal control group,the model was made and recorded by ECG change.The content of NO,T-SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,CAT and in plasma and myocardial tissue were measured,and the changes of myocardial tissue were observed by HE staining.Results:There was no significant difference in the antioxidant activity in vitro between rice wine solution group and aqueous solution group.Compared with model group,the ST segment of electrocardiogram of rats in each drug group were significantly decreased(P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),and the indicators of NO,T-SOD,GSH-pX,MDA,CAT in the plasma and myocardial tissue were improved.Compared with aqueous solution group,the rice wine solution of Gualou-Xiebai improved NO,CAT indicators in plasma and myocardial tissue,and there was a significant difference of the content in increasing of the plasma levels of NO in plasma and CAT in myocardial tissue (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05) Conclusion:Rice wine as cites drug does not has a significant effect on oxidation resistance of Gualou-Xiebai in vitro,but cites drug can promote the display the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia in vivo of Gualou-Xiebai.关键词
