摘要

Abstract

The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel with and without Ce in different concentration of NaC1 solution was tested by immersion corrosion method,weight loss method and electrochemical method,and the mechanism was analyzed.The results show that the surface of the X80 steel pipeline with and without Ce after 45 days of immersion was covered with red brown corrosion products,the number of pitting corrosion on the surface morphology of the sample with Ce is relatively less and surface corrosion pits seems shallower.The corrosion rate of the sample with Ce is lower than that of the sample without Ce.After the addition of Ce in the X80 pipeline steel,the corrosion potential of the sample has positive displacement and the corrosion current density is relatively smaller,the corrosion resistance of the sample with Ce is better than that of the sample without Ce.
