汽车转向器壳体用压铸GWK合金的热处理行为研究
Heat Treatment Behavior of Die Cast GWK Alloy for Automobile Steering Gear Housing
摘要
Abstract
The GWK alloy for steering device casing was heat-treated by casting solution + natural aging (T4),solid solution plus aging (T6) and direct aging treatment (T1),the effect of different heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of die casting GWK alloy was studied,The results show that the die cast GWK alloys are mainly composed of α-Mg solid solution,Mg5 (Gd,Y) phase and Mg24 (Gd,Y)5 phases,After T4 solid solution treatment,new Mg3Gd2Y3 phase appears in GWK alloy;after T4 solid solution treatment,GWK alloy has the best strength and plastic combination,the strength and plasticity of GWK alloy with T1 treatment relatively decreases slightly compared with that in T4 state,the strength and plasticity of GWK alloy with T6 treatment is relatively better than of die cast alloy.关键词
