摘要

Abstract

The finite element model was used to simulate the carburizing process of 20CrMnTi gear,a mathematical model of gear carburizing process was established,and the reliability of simulation results was verified through chemical stripping method,the effect of the three kinds of test methods on 20CrMnTi carburized gear carburizing results was comparatively analyzed.The results show that the calculation model of the carbon concentration values in carburized layer is in good agree with the measured values,the error between them is in the range of 5%,which shows that the calculation model can effectively simulate the carburizing process of 20CrMnTi gear.The measuring results of carburized layer by metallography method,effective hardening method and chemical stripping method show that the depth of hardening layer obtained by effective hardening layer method is minimum,and the measured results by chemical stripping method is the largest.The measured carbon content in the hardening layer 2.1 mm from chemical stripping method is 0.36%,which is very good agree with the simulation results,and the accuracy of the calculation model is verified.
