9SiCr钢的电火花表面强化工艺研究
Research on Electric Spark Surface Strength Process for 9SiCr Steel

Abstract
The electric spark surface strength process was used to treat 9SiCr steel,and the effects of different capacities and strength time ratio on the thickness,micro hardness and surface roughness of the surface strength layer were studied.The results show that,when the strength time ratio is constant and the capacity increases from 30 μF to 300 μF,the thickness and micro hardness of the surface strength layer have the same tendency "first rise and then drop",and the surface toughness increases all the time.The thickness,micro hardness and surface toughness have the same tendency when the capacity is constant and the strength time ratio increases from 1 min· cm-2 to 5 min· cm-2.When the capacity is 240 μF and the strength time ratio is 3 min·cm-2,the best combination properties are obtained,and the values of thickness and micro hardness are 50.2 μm and 1 411 HV,respectively.关键词
