H型钢异型坯连铸结晶器内气隙分布研究
Research on Air-Gap Distribution in Mould for H-Beam Blank Continuous Casting

Abstract
During H-beam blank continuous casting production,lots of superficial cracks easily appear.Accurate design of the mould taper can effectively reduce the occurrence of cracks.In order to analyze the taper of H-beam blank's mould,a two-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled model of H-beam blank continuous casting was established by finite element analysis software ANSYS.Using multiple load step method,the stress inheriting behavior of casting blank was realized.The air-gap growth history in the mould was described.The results show that web and fillet don't generate solidification shrinkage,the generated air-gap in flange tip and narrow face of casting mould is 0.96 mm and 0.65 mm.关键词
