锡合金连续铸挤凝固过程的有限元研究
Finite Element Research on Solidification Process of Tin Alloy in Continuous Casting-extrusion Process
摘要
Abstract
The effects of cooling mode on temperature field,filling ability and shrinkage porosity of tin alloy system in solidification process were investigated.The solidification characteristic of tin alloy solder stick in continuous cast extrusion (CASTEX) was simulated by ProCAST finite element software.The change of temperature field,filling ability and shrinkage porosity of tin alloy in solidification process were analyzed.The results show that the effects of cooling mode on cooling rate and distribution of shrinkage porosity are as follows orders:air + water cooling (0℃) > air + water cooling (25℃) > air cooling.关键词
