基于矩阵分析法的连杆衬套工艺参数优化
Process Parameter Optimization of Connecting Rod Bushing Based on Matrix Analysis Method
摘要
Abstract
Based on the orthogonal experiment,using matrix analysis method to explore the influence of the process parameters in power spinning on the mechanical properties of connecting rod bushing.The results show that the process parameters (thinning rate,feed ratio,heat treatment temperature) have significant influence on the mechanical properties (brinell hardness,tensile strength,elongation).The order of influencing mechanical property is thinning rate > feed ratio >heat treatment temperature.And the optimized process parameters were obtained.关键词
