摘要

Abstract

The low melting point A1-Ag-Cu filler metal was used for brazing 2024 aluminum alloy by torch brazing.The microstructure and properties of the brazed joint were analyzed.The results show that the brazing of 2024 aluminum alloy can be successfully achieved by using A1-Ag-Cu filler metal,and a good brazed joint can be obtained.The microstructure of brazed joint is mainly composed of black Al2Cu,β-Al and bright white Ag2Al phases.In addition,an obvious reaction layer is formed at the interface of the brazed joint.The strength test of the brazed joint shows that the 2024 aluminum alloy brazed joint has high shear strength up to 189.7 MPa.At the same time,the brazed joint also has high microhardness.
