摘要
Abstract
Microstructure evolution,crack nucleation and propagation mechanism of the stainless steel forgings during deformation were studied by controlling thermal tensile process.The fracture failure process of the forging was studied using stress triaxiality.The results show that the crack of the forging in hot stretching process is produced mainly by crack nucleation,growth and aggregation.Using stress triaxiality method can accurately judge the crack initiation process and expansion process in the forgings in high temperature deformation,which plays an important role in the prediction of stainless steel forging injury in high temperature in the process of forging destruction.关键词
