CPLD控制下热处理电阻炉温度控制系统的设计
Design of Temperature Control System of Heat Treatment Resistance Furnace Based on CPLD
摘要
Abstract
A temperature control system of the heat treatment resistance furnace was proposed based on CPLD.The control object was determined by analyzing the working principle of the common box type resistance furnace.Then using the 5M160ZE64I5N CPLD programmable logic device of ALTERA company as the core,the hardware circuit was designed,at the same time,the PID algorithm improved by the coupled neural network was used as the core of the software system,and the design of the temperature control system was completed.Finally,the simulation experiment was designed,and the simulation results show that the designed temperature control system for resistance furnace can effectively control the temperature of the resistance furnace.关键词
