摘要

Abstract

The influence of foundry sand temperature on casting's quality was studied.The working principle and characteristics between the traditional sand cooling equipment and the new ones were analyzed.The results show that the speed-varied sand mixer with cooling and vacuum sand mixing system has their general advantages of environmental friendly,energy-saving and intensive.Those equipments can better control the temperature and quality of the foundry sand to improve casting properties.
