《傅青主女科》脏腑辨证理论治疗卵巢功能减退探析
Zang and fu syndrome differentiation of FU Qingzhu's Gynecology in the treatment of hypofunction of ovary
摘要
Abstract
Fu Qingzhu's Gynecology has important clinical significance to improve the decreased ovarian reserve, the paper adopts traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of"zang and fu syndrome differentiation", determinates etiologic factors based on differentiation, proposals nourishing kidney, puts forword the method of soothing liver and relieving depression, focus on strengthening the spleen and heart, takes care of zang and fu. The"tiaojing"and"seed"of"FU Qingzhu' s Gynecology"had similar clinical features with decreased ovarian reserve, the prescription of "Yijing decoction" in paper, takes logic, method, prescription and medicine as a whole, provides ideas for future generations about decreased ovarian reserve. The paper clearly describes the status and roles of heart, liver, spleen, kidney organs in the process of occurrence of decreased ovarian reserve, worth the further exploration and making the past serve the present .关键词
