双参通冠方对心肌梗死模型大鼠VEGF表达和炎性因子的影响
Effects of Shuangshen Tongguan decoction on inflammatory factor and VEGF expression in rats model with myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of Shuangshen Tongguan decoction on inflammatory factor and VEGF expression in rats model with myocardial infarction. Methods SD rats were divided into model group, blank group, Shuangshen Tongguan decoction low dose group (2.5 g/kg), middle dose group (5 g/kg) and high dose group (7.5 g/kg). Myocardial infarction model was established by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery. After two weeks of intragastric administration, the myocardial tissue of rats was taken. Western blot method was used to detect the expression of VEGF protein in myocardial tissue of rats, and the content of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP were detected by Elisa. Results Compared with the blank group, the VEGF expression of model group in rat myocardial tissue was increased, IL-6, IL-1, TNF -α and CRP content in the myocardial tissue homogenate was increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with model group, the VEGF expression of Shuangshen Tongguan decoction low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group was increased, IL-6 and TNF-α content of Shuangshen Tongguan decoction low dose group was decreased, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP levels of Shuangshen Tongguan decoction middle and high dose group were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with Shuangshen Tongguan decoction middle dose group, IL-1, IL-6 and CRP level of slow dose group was increased and the VEGF expression was reduced, TNF-α and CRP of the high dose group were decreased while the VEGF expression was increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuangshen Tongguan decoction could reduce myocardial inflammatory reaction of rats, promote vascular endothelial cell proliferation, induce ischemia parts of angiogenesis and protect myocardial. This may be related to increased expression of VEGF and inhibition of inflammatory factor in myocardium.关键词
