疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠CYP2E1基因表达的影响
Effect of Shugan Xiaozhi decoction Ⅲ capsule on the CYP2E1 in the rat with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Shugan Xiaozhi decoction Ⅲ capsule on the expression of hepatic cytochrome P4502E1mRNA in the rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods The animal model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with high fat emulsion, and rats were treated with Shugan Xiaozhi decoction Ⅲ capsule or Silibinin capsules for four weeks after fatty liver in rats was developed by irrigation at 6th week. To observe the pathological changes in the liver of each group under the light microscope, and the rat liver CYP2E1 mRNA expression were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) method. Results Comparing withmodel group, the levels of the pathological changes in the liver were decreased in all medicine groups. The mRNA expressions of CYP2E1 inShugan Xiaozhi decoction Ⅲ capsule group were lower than those in model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Xiaozhi Decoction Ⅲ capsule can significantly improve pathology, oxidative stress reaction and protect the liver, which may related with the expression of CYP2E1 in NAFLD.关键词
