针刺内关穴对慢性心衰小鼠心功能及炎性因子的影响
Effect of acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) on cardiac function and inflammatory factor of chronic heart failure mice

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) on cardiac function and inflammatory factor of chronic heart failure mice. Methods Rats were randomly divided into regular group, model group and acupuncture group, 15 mice in each group. To make chronic heart failure model by intraperitoneal injection of isopropyl adrenaline hydrochloride. Acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at the end of each day. After the end of acupuncture intervention, 30min was injected intraperitoneally with isoprenaline hydrochloride injection for 4 weeks. The normal group and model group were treated only by binding and without any treatment. Cardiac function were determined by Doppler ultrasound. Content of IL-1β, IL-10, TNF-α within serum cytokine were determined by ELISA. Results Compared with model group, LVEDD and LVESD has a decreasing tendency in acupuncture group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Compared with model group, LVEF and LVFS has a increasing tendency in acupuncture group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Compared with model group, IL-1β and TNF-α were markedly decreased in acupuncture group and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); Compared with model group, the content of IL-10 has a increasing tendency in acupuncture group and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture on Neiguan (PC 6) point can increase LVEDD and LVESD of chronic cardiac failure rats and improve ventricular remodeling; Decrease LVEF and LVFS to improve cardiac function; The therapy can increase content IL-10 and decrease expression of inflammatory factor; Decrease content of IL-1β, TNF-α and slow down course of inflammatory reaction.关键词
