Professor FAN Zhimin using the conceptof "minimally invasive" in the treatment of high complex anal fistula
摘要
Abstract
The correct treatment of infection and protect the anal function are two keys treatment of high complex anal fistula. Professor FAN thinks that to understand the relationship between the fistula and the surrounding tissue is the basis to find cavity fistula, strengthening the preoperative evaluation, it is an important method to maintain a clear vision, familiar with the anatomy of the operation to clear the fistula. Professor FAN bases of the hanging line therapy in TCM, follows infection spread rule, selects the low invasive surgical approach,intraoperative rational design of small wound debridement, drainage route. After the appropriate delay time advocate tight line, with Chinese medicine Huoxue analgesic detumescence. A truly minimally invasive treatment should be based on good results. Professor FAN completes removal of the lesion on the premise of ensuring, reduces patient pain, shortens the healing time, and strives to minimize reduce injury to the anal tissue, reflects the true sense of the concept of "minimally invasive".关键词
