中药复方治疗神经衰弱用药规律分析
Exploration on regularity of compound herbal formulae for neurosism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the regularity of compound herbal formulae for neurosism. Methods Compound herbal formulae published on journals for the treatment of neurosism was searched and collected. A database was established for data mining using frequency count and association rule analysis. Results There were 200 prescriptions (totaling 197 herbs and 2168 counts of frequency) in the compound herbal formulae for neurosism. Core herbs in proper order are Licorice, Suanzaoren, Poria, Atractylodes, angelica, Radix Paeoniae Alba ,etc; drugs for the treatment of neurosism were mainly of tonic,sedative,heat clearing and relieving effect; the properties of the herbs were mainly warm, peace and cold ; the herbs were mainly of sweet,bitter and acrid ; the meridians entered were mainly liver,spleen, heart,lung,kidney and stomach .The results of correlation analysis showed the association between Chinese medicine and the frequent item sets of drugs. Conclusion It was feasible that study the regularity of Chinese compound prescription for the treatment of neurosism by using data mining.The data mining information derived from the medical records provides goals and ideas in the treatment of neurosism drug development and clinical therapy.关键词
