Abstract
Objective To explore the influence on the clinical effects, WBC, CRP for the patients with stroke-associated pneumonia by Qingjin Huatan decoction. Methods 96 cases of patients with stroke-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, the control group were treated by conventional treatment. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group were treated by Qingjin Huatan decoction. The index of CPIS, the scores of CPIS, the levels of PCT were compared. Results The levels of temperature, airway secretion for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05). The levels of WBC, chest X-ray for the experiment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05). The scores of CPIS for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05), the scores of CPIS for the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05). The levels of PCT, CRP for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05), the levels of PCT, CRP for the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with stroke-associated pneumonia by Qingjin Huatandecoction, it can improve the WBC and the levels of CRP.关键词
