火针疗法配合升阳散火汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛
Fire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects offire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 72 patierts with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into two groups, according to random number table method, each group contained 36 cases. The therapy group was given fire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction and the control group was given acupuncture therapy. The curative effects of these two groups were contrasted and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was 94.4%, the control group was 88.9%, (P<0.05). Conclusion Fire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can Supplement yang, dispersing stagnated heat, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. The curative effect of the treatment was significant.关键词
