摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the service effect of optimized operation room basic nursing process in elderly patients. Methods Randomly selected in june 2015 ~2016 year in june in our hospital for surgical treatment of 122 cases of elderly patients, according to different nursing methods, were randomly divided into observation group ( n=61) and control group ( n=61), the observation group was treated with the basis of the optimization of operation room nursing, basic nursing routine to control operation room group of patients, compared two groups of patients with nursing service quality. Results The quality of nursing observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05); before the surgery, anxiety, depression score differences between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant (P >0.05);after the surgery, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients was significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05), and the pati ents in the observation group. the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion optimizing the basic nursing process in operation room can significantly improve the quality of nursing, reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
