高速列车降噪涂料涂抹仿真研究
Simulation study of painting noise reduction coating on the high speed train
摘要
Abstract
A device for painting damping coating on aluminum inner cavity was designed to reduce the noise in high-speed rail and improve the comfortable. The flowing of coating in the key parts of the device were simulated using the FLUENT. The distribution characteristics of pressure field and velocity field in extrusion painting structure were obtained. The simulation results of different inlet velocity and coating viscosity were compared. The results showed that the flowing of coating in the extrusion structure was smoothly. Coating evenly distributed at the outlet. The simulate results display that the inlet velocity has a great influence on internal pressure field and velocity field of extrusion structure, the coating viscosity has a great influence on internal pressure field and little influence on velocity field. The results have reference value for painting device development and coating variable section extrusion experiments.关键词
