摘要

Abstract

Construction project post-evaluation that is the important link of project life cycle management is essential for high-speed railway construction project. For high-speed railway construction projects, the investment scale is larger and wider, How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the construction process of the high-speed railway construction project has become increasingly important. Based on the life cycle perspective, this paper described the status of China's high-speed railway construction, combines with the unique characteristics of high-speed railway construction projects, and constructs high-speed railway construction project evaluation index system. Combined with the fuzzy matter element method, based on the structural equation model, the high speed railway construction project construction process was evaluated, and the model was verified by the example of JH high speed railway, and the good result was obtained.
