Abstract
For the unsaturated soil of one railway foundation in Hefei area, the SWCC tests were conducted with consideration of the dry density and initial moisture content by using the unsaturated soil pressure plate apparatus. For the tests, the Van Genuchten model was used for analyzing the influence of dry density and initial moisture content on the SWCC parameters. The results showed that, the air entry value reflected by the SWCC would increase with increasing dry density, but with reduced pore size. With the increase in initial moisture content, the air entry value reflected by the SWCC decreases, but the pore size increases.关键词
