Abstract
This paper proposed a health assessment method for switch machine based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Considering the history and current situation of switch machine, electrical and non-electrical factors and operation condition, etc., the health status of switch machine was assessed. Because of the influence of various uncertain and random factors on switch machine such as its own quality, maintenance status and operation environment, the fuzzy theory was introduced, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method-based health assessment model of switch machine was established. Analytic hierarchy process and the expert experience were applied to determine the weight of the health influence factors, and comprehensive evaluation of the health status of switch machine based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was realized. The assessment method was well adapted to the fuzziness and complexity of health influence factors of switch machine. Finally, the example analysis verified its effectiveness and feasibility, which provides a theoretical basis to carry out condition maintenance of switch machine.关键词
