摘要

Abstract

In the closed-loop supply chain of customer return situation, the time value has a great influence on the decision-making and performance of the supply chain system. System simulation and data analysis show that, in the product lifecycle, for time-sensitive products, to develop a reasonable return processing time has considerable economic value. Regardless of the product lifecycle models, accumulated time, return rate, and price decay factor are the key factors that affect system performance. High returns and high price decay will significantly weaken the system profits, by selecting the appropriate accumulated time, the centralized processing of defective return products can reduce the impact of product price decay on the system and improve the profit of supply chain system.
