摘要

Abstract

Starting from the actual demand of a domestic spacecraft manufacturer,introduce a hierarchical model that for integration of equipments vertically in digital workshop.A solution based on Ethernet for control automation technology (EtherCAT) and Ethernet as well as industrial PC for welding equipment integration is designed.Then,introduce the method of welding process data acquisition in this project,as well as a welding data management software developted by C# with.NET framwork.The software is connected with the workshop manufacturing management system (MES),and the information integration of welding equipment is realized smoothly.The practice shows that the scheme can realize the real-time collection and remote management of equipment process data,and the system structure is simple and easy to expand.
