Static Characteristic Simulation Analysis and Tolerance Design on Electromagnetic Mechanism of Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment

Abstract
Based on the unique structure of automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE),the reaction force characteristics of electromagnetic mechanism were analyzed.The structure parameters were determined.The simulation models of the static characteristics were established.The attractive force,inductance and magnetic flux were deeply analyzed.The static attractive force test was carried out.The tolerance regions of key factors which affect the performance of electromagnetic mechanism were conducted by use of the orthogonal experiment and contribution rate analysis.The results provide reference for the reduction of instability due to structural dynamic variation and the improvement of reliability.The method can significantly alleviate the workload of tolerance design.关键词
