摘要
Abstract
Based on TLS to Taiwan after the cyclone vehicle inspection,high precision point cloud data,the structure of front view,side view and top view 2D information extraction,and the damaged building area,the triangular mesh modeling for three-dimensional modeling analysis;On the basis of the destruction of the damaged houses typical characteristics of information extraction,and the area of the damaged buildings in detail research,realize the arbitrary point of the structure of the surface damage status and the characteristics of the internal structure of quantitative measurement,rapid,real maintain the damage of the vehicle inspection and test center of the scene,and the data archive management,implement the typhoon disaster information keep forever,as a research scholar for post-disaster monitoring analysis provides the original data.关键词
