鲜鱼腥草挥发油对哮喘豚鼠肺组织干细胞因子和KL-6的影响
Volatile Oil from Fresh Herba Houttuyniae on the Stem Cell Factor in Lung Tissue and KL-6 of Asthmatic Guinea Pigs

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of volatile oil from fresh herba houttuyniae on the expression of stem cell factor(SCF)in the lung tissue and KL-6 of asthmatic guinea pigs,and to evaluate the potential of volatile oil from herba houttuyniae in relieving the pathogenesis of airway inflammation and provide the experimental basis for the development of herba houttuyniae preparation.Methods:The control group was given normal saline by intragastric administration.Asthmatic guinea pigs were divided into four groups:the model group was given normal saline by intragastric administration,and the other three groups were given different doses of volatile oil from herba houttuyniae.The effects of volatile oil from herba houttuyniae on the contents of SCF and KL-6 in lung tissue of sensitized guinea pigs were observed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:The content of SCF in lung tissue of model group was increased (P＜0.05),there were significant differences between model group and high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group (P＜0.05).The content of KL-6 in lung tissue of model group was increased (P＜0.05),the content of KL-6 in lung tissue of high dose group was decreased (P＜0.01).There were not significant differences between model group and middle dose group,low dose group (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of SCF and KL-6 in the lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs are increased,which are closely related to the pathogenesis of asthma.The volatile oil from fresh herba houttuyniae can effectively reduce the expression of SCF and KL-6 in the lungs of asthmatic guinea pigs,and has a good clinical effect in relieving the airway inflammatory response in asthmatic guinea pigs.关键词
