微生物发酵床大栏养猪垫料中曲霉菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and identification of Aspergillus from microbial fermentation beds for pig raising

Abstract
In order to guarantee swine health and screen potentially useful Aspergillus species from microbial fermentation bedding system for pig breeding, 106 litter samples were collected from the microbial fermentation beds in 2 bases in Yuxi and Yongtai, Fuzhou, for distribution analysis. Firstly, Aspergillus species were isolated and 10 typical strains of Aspergillus were identified based on colony and microscopic morphology, together with phylogenetic analysis of beta-tubulin gene ( BenA) . The results showed that 6 out of 10 isolates were identified as Aspergillus, including A.nidulans, A.candidus, A.sydowii, A.terreus, A.flavus and A.fumigatus. Among them, 5 species except A.fumigatus were detected in beddings from Yuxi while only A.terreus, A.flavus and A.fumigatus were found in beddings from Yongtai.关键词
