Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of ornithine aspartate injection and Shuganing injection on improving the liver function and blood coagulation tunction for pediatric jaundice hepatitis.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016 totally 80 cases with pediatric jaundice hepatitis treated in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Hospital were selected and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given ornithine aspartate injection while the observation group was given Shuganing injection.Curative effect,liver function and blood coagulation index were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 80.00％ and 100.00％,respectively,and it was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (x2 =6.74,P ＜ 0.05).The total bilirubin (TBil),ALT and AST levels of two groups declined after treatment (t value ranged 3.98-6.38,all P ＜ 0.05),and the decline in the observation group was more remarkable with statistically significant difference (t value was 4.75,5.78 and 5.55,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).The APTT and AST decreased in two groups after treatment (t value ranged 4.23-6.12,all P ＜ 0.05),but PLT increased in two groups (t value was 5.11 and 6.48,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05).The changes of the above indexes in the observation group were more remarkable than the control group with significant differences (t value was 5.11,5.68 and 5.88,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were not statistically different (x2 =0.35,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Shuganning injection can achieve better clinical efficacy than ornithine aspartate injection in treating pediatric jaundice hepatitis,and it can improve liver function and coagulation function effectively.关键词
