610例育龄期女性非意愿妊娠人工流产的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the related situation of induced abortion of women at child-bearing age with unwanted pregnancy.Methods A cross sectional study was conducted among 610 women at child-bearing age who accepted induced abortion because of unwanted pregnancies.Results The abortion rate of married women at child-bearing age was 70.49％,that of university educational women accounted for 73.77％,and that of women without contraception was 27.87％.The rate of recurrent abortion was 54.92％.The rate of terminating pregnancy because of economic pressure was 74.59％.The proportion of women who thought that men should receive contraception education was 85.2％.Comparison between group under 25 years and group over 25 years revealed significant differences in the aspects of marital status,economic pressure,times of terminating pregnancy abortion,painless without harm and whether man received contraceptive education (x2 value was 279.15,34.93,33.31,3.90 and 4.18,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).Comparison between group with one induced abortion and group with two or more induced abortion showed remarkable differences in marital status,educational level,contraceptive way,termination because of economic pressure and whether man received contraceptive education (x2 value was 4.68,14.48,18.62,17.78 and 7.84,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Unwanted pregnancy tends to happen among married women,and recurrent abortion is high.So it is very important to carry out family planning service after induced abortion.关键词
