摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in evaluating efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods Totally 69 cases with breast cancer adopting preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Nanchong Central Hospital during October 2015 to May 2016 were selected. The CDFI and CEUS were performed before and after chemotherapy. The lesion size and CEUS region of interest (ROI) parameters of patients before and after chemotherapy were compared. Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the measured value of length, width, thickness, area and volume of the tumor lesion were significantly reduced (t value was 10.422,8.163,1 1.697,18.027 and 25.638,respectively,all P < 0.05).After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the CDFI blood flow resistance index (RI) of the tumor lesion was significantly higher than that before (t =4.498,P < 0.05).Vmax was significantly reduced after chemotherapy,(t =12.033,P < 0.05).After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, arrival time (AT) of ROI parameters contrast agent and time to peak (TTP) were significantly increased compared to those before chemotherapy (t value was 3.021 and 6.395,respectively,both P <0.05).Peak intensity (PI) was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy (t =13.087,P < 0.05).Conclusion CDFI combined with CEUS can better evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.关键词
