Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of improved hernia crochet in pediatric single-arch laparoscopic percutaneous peritoneal inner ring ligation in external hernia. Methods From January to September in 2016 totally 60 cases of pediatric inguinal incarcerated hernia were divided into control group and observation group according to different operation methods with 30 cases in each group. All cases underwent single-arch laparoscopic percutaneous peritoneal inner ring ligation. The cases in the observation group accepted surgery with improved hernia crochet, while those in the control group received surgery with single hernia crochet.Perioperative indicators, healing rate of grade a incision, incidence of scrotal or lip hematoma, recurrence rate and the incidence of contralateral hernia within 12-month follow-up were compared between two groups. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had smaller incision length, shorter operation duration, less intraoperative blood loss, earlier postoperative ventilation, earlier activity time, and shorter hospitalization time with statistically significant differences (t value was 5.26,4.97,5.62,4.98,5.51 and 4.78,respectively,all P < 0.05).In the observation group the healing rate of grade a incision, incidence of scrotal or liphematoma, infection of incision, recurrence rate and incidence of contralateral hernia within 12-month follow-up were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (x2 value was 5.14,4.88,5.32,4.75 and 5.25,respectively,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Single-arch laparoscopic percutaneous peritoneal inner ring ligation is effective in treatment of pediatric inguinal incarcerated hernia with mild tissue trauma, little intraoperative blood loss, rapid postoperative recovery and low complication rate.关键词
