Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Rhodiola wallichiana injection on clinical fatality rate and the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 α (HIF-1 α) in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.Methods:72 cases of paraquat poisoning patients were selected from March 2014 to June 2016.These patients were voluntarily divided into two groups,one of which was treated with routine treatment (control group,n=36) while the other was treated with Rhodiola wallichiana injection and routine treatment (treatment group,n=36).Results:Compared with control group (77.78％),treatment group has a lower 14 d fatality rate (52.78％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The serum level of HIF-1α between two groups on 1 d,7 d,14 d all has statistically significant (P＜0.05).The serum level of HIF-1α between survival patients and dead patients in control group doesn't have statistically significant (P＞0.05).The serum level of HIF-lα between survival patients and dead patients in treatment group has statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rhodiola wallichiana injection can reduce the expression ofHIF-1 α and fatality rate in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.关键词
