Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs),and to explore the correlation between clinical pathologic factors and risk stratification of GISTs.Methods:The clinicopathological data of 77 cases of primary GISTs were analyzed retrospectively.The correlation between clinical pathologic factors and risk stratification of GISTs were detected by statistical method.Results:Whether the tumor is cystic degeneration,with or without necrosis,whether the merger of other tumors was GISTs risk stratification significantly affected variables (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Whether cystic degeneration and necrosis can be used as an important reference index to judge the risk stratification of GISTs.关键词
