Abstract
Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/Akt/mTOR)signal pathway is an important intracellular signal pathway,playing pivotal role in cell growth,proliferation,differentiation,DNA synthesis.Pulmonary carcinoma,asthma,pulmonary artery hypertension,pulmonary fibrosis,chronic pulmonary obstructive disease (COPD) are common chronic respiratory diseases,and their patho-mechanisms involve cell proliferation and growth,which have intimate relationship with PI3K/Akt/mTOR.关键词
