姜黄素对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响
The effect of curcumin on hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells' proliferation and apoptosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine curcumin on HepG2 live cancer cells proliferation.Methods:The HepG2 cells were divided into acurcumin group and a control group.The inhibitory rate of proliferation of HepG2 cells treated with different concentration of curcumin (10,20,40,60 and 80 μmol/L) were analyzed by MTT assay.The influence of curcumin on HepG2 live cancer cells cycle and cells apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results:In the different concentrations of curcumin group,the inhibitory rate was increased with the increase of drug concentration and the exposure time,and the difference among groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of S phase cells in 80 μmol/L curcumin group was significantly increased,the apoptosis rate was significantly increased (P <0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin could inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells and accelerate the apoptosis via the inhibition of cell cycle.关键词
