翼状胬肉切除术联合口腔黏膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床应用研究
Clinical application of pterygium excision combined with oral mucosa transplantation in the treatment of pterygium

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with oral mucosa transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:120 patients with pterygium treated in our hospital from July 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received pterygium excision combined with oral mucosa transplantation,while those in the control group received pterygium excision only.The operation time,postoperative recovery time,visual analogue scale (VAS) score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The operative time was higher,while the corneal epithelial healing time and graft healing time were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The VAS scores on day 1,4 and 7 postoperation in both groups were continuously decreased,but more significantly decreased in the observation group (P＜0.05).After 3,6 and 12 months of treatment,the recurrence rates were respectively 5.13％,11.54％ and 16.67％ in the observation group,and were 28.00％,42.67％ and 52.00％ in the control group.There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Pterygium excision combined with oral mucosa transplantation in the treatment of primary pterygium was effective.It could relief postoperative pain and promote healing of the cornea,with low recurrence rate,safe and reliable.关键词
