Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase on super early cerebral infarction.Methods:104 patients with super early cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the study group received intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase,while those in the control group received heparin therapy.The total response rate was compared between the two groups.National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores and Barthel index were used to evaluate the degree of nervous functional defects and the activity of daily living,respectively.Results:The total response rate were 98.1％ and 71.2％ in the study group and the control group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the two groups NIHSS score had no significant difference (P＞0.05).Posttreatment days 1,10 and 20,the NIHSS scores and Barthel index of the study group were superior to those of the control group (P＜0.05).No significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase was effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction in super early stage,with speedy recovery of neurological function and improved living quality.关键词
