游泳训练对脑梗死大鼠神经功能损伤、神经细胞因子表达及相关信号通路的影响
Effect of swimming training on the nerve injury, nerve cytokine expression and related signaling pathway in rats with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective: To study the effecof swimming training on the nerve injury, nerve cytokine expression and related signaling pathway in ratwith cerebral infarction.Methods: SD male ratwere selected athe experimental animaland randomly divided into control group, cerebral infarction group and intervention group.Control group received sham operation;cerebral infarction group were made into cerebral infarction modelthrough suture method;and intervention group were made into cerebral infarction modelthrough suture method and received swimming training.Twenty-one dayafteintervention, serum wacollected to determine the contentof nerve injury indexeand nerve cytokines, and brain tissue wacollected to determine the expression levelof nerve apoptosimolecules, nerve cytokineand signaling pathway molecules.Results:Brain tissue CytC, Bax, Caspase-3, TLR4, NF-kB, MyD88, JAK2 and STAT3 contentawell aserum NSE and S100contentof cerebral infarction group were significantly highethan those of control group while NGF, BDNF and NT-3 contentin the brain tissue and serum were significantly lowethan those of control group;brain tissue CytC, Bax, Caspase-3, TLR4, NF-kB, MyD88, JAK2 and STAT3 contentawell aserum NSE and S100contentof intervention group were significantly lowethan those of cerebral infarction group while NGF, BDNF and NT-3 contentin the brain tissue and serum were significantly highethan those of cerebral infarction group.Conclusions: Swimming training can improve the neural function of ratwith cerebral infarction, and inhibiting neuron apoptosiand improving neuron nutrition are the moleculamechanismfoswimming training to promote the neural functional recovery.关键词
