血清PCT含量对重症急性胰腺炎患者炎症反应、RAS激活程度的评估价值
Value of serum PCT in the evaluation of inflammatory response and RAS activation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective: To study the value of serum PClevelfoassessing the inflammatory response and RAactivation degree in patientwith severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: total of 76 patientwith acute pancreatitiwho were treated in ouhospital between May 2013 and April 2016 were collected, and 50 patientwith pure diarrhewho received infusion treatmenin ouhospital during the same period were selected athe control group.Serum PClevelof both groupwere detected, and the observation group were furthedivided into high PCgroup and low PCgroup (n=38) according to the median of PClevels.Enzyme-linked immune-sorbenassay (ELISA) waused to determine serum levelof pro-inflammatory factors, anti-inflammatory factorand RAindexes.Results: Serum PClevel of observation group wahighethan thaof control group (P<0.05);serum pro-inflammatory factorIL-1β, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α levelof high PCgroup and low PCgroup were highethan those of control group, anti-inflammatory factorIL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 levelwere highethan those of control group, and RAindexeAngⅡ, Rand ALD levelwere highethan those of control group (P<0.05);serum pro-inflammatory factorIL-1β, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α levelof high PCgroup were highethan those of low PCgroup, anti-inflammatory factorIL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 levelwere highethan those of low PCgroup, and the RAindexeAngⅡ, Rand ALD levelwere highethan those of low PCgroup (P<0.05).Conclusions: The serum PClevelcan assesthe inflammatory response and RAactivation degree in the patientwith severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
